Polis is a slimy POS like all the democrat in this state. So know he just opened the door to where you have to have a permit to practice your god given Constitutional RIGHT’S!!! So what is next the first Amendment? You have to take a class so we can show you how to speak . Then you need to get a permit. So if the government doesn’t like your speech, are they going to revoke your permit??? Why not 19th Amendment too???
